WinRAR is a shareware archive and compression software created by Eugene Roshal. WinRAR can archive files into RAR or ZIP format. Pocket RAR, a version for Pocket PC, is available shareware.
WinRAR can compress/compress files up to 40% of the original size, for example, A file size of 100 MB and then compressed using WinRAR the size can be only 40 MB, thus saving more space on the storage media.
How to Install:
1. Download the file
2. Then Extract as usual
3. Turn off the Internet connection (MANDATORY!!!)
4. Click Silent Install (nothing will appear, just wait a few minutes and then check on the start menu search winrar if it works)
5. done full version
